Job shadowing na Malcie – teoria i praktyka aktywnego starzenia się

Nie zwalniamy tempa i od rana omawiamy dokument The National Strategic Policy for Active Ageing (NSPAA).

Po części teoretycznej nasi pracownicy wraz z przypisanymi im mentorami z ramienia Malta Exercise Health and Fitness Association będą obserwować zajęcia dla seniorów - dzisiaj przewidziane m.in. prelekcje na temat dietetyki, chorób cywilizacyjnych, aktywnego starzenia się oraz zajęcia ruchowe w terenie.

Job shadowing odbywa się w ramach projektu "SENIOR W CENTRUM - mobilność edukacyjna kadry sektora edukacji pozaformalnej dorosłych szansą na podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych osób w wieku senioralnym oraz nabycie przez nich wiedzy w obszarze prozdrowotnym”, który jest częścią Planu Akredytacyjnego na lata 2022-2027.

We are not slowing down and have been discussing The National Strategic Policy for Active Ageing (NSPAA) document since this morning.

After the theoretical part, our employees, together with their assigned mentors from the Malta Exercise Health and Fitness Association, will observe activities for seniors - today's scheduled activities include lectures on dietetics, lifestyle diseases, active aging and outdoor physical activities.

Job shadowing is taking place within the framework of the project "SENIOR AT THE CENTER - educational mobility of cadres of the adult non-formal education sector as an opportunity to improve the key competencies of senior citizens and their acquisition of knowledge in the health-promoting area," which is part of the Accreditation Plan for 2022-2027.
